[Xastir] I need a wizard

Ok Bob, You're right: the pk232 is set to 9600 and is working ok with a 
terminal-like program.
Concerning Xastir I think the baudrate is set indipendently for each interface 
I create. So I can have a tapr clone set to 19200 and the pk232 set to 9600, 
as far as I use one interface at a time as they use the same serial port. I 
suppose at least.
