[Xastir] ImageMagick and online Tiger maps

Someone's been trying, I think.

Now, the intensity not only totally ignors the slider, but is at a level 
where the color fills don't show through.

For example, for an urban area I get a yellow outline, boarder - but 
where it used to be yellow color filled, it's the white background - 
just the boarder shows.

ImageMagick 5.5.5-3 from a tarball dated 2 March.

I've got the weekend free - so anything I can do to clarify or help out, 
holler.
