[Xastir] question

does the sound modem have a TCPIP interface?

the reasons for want to use this is many locals hams run ui-view from
work, and connect over the internet to their radio @ home.
this works better than say connecting to an APRS server, because there
is no permanent/reliable APRS server in New Zealand, and overseas
traffic costs more $$$

its' also kinda cool that i can run up winpack or whatever @ home and
connect to my mates AGW in Brisbane/wherever and transmit there instead.
I'm not likely to convince these hams to switch to the linux soundmodem
instead because I'm running some hippy OS. :D


don't want to miss out cos i'm running linux.
