[Xastir] System power needed

No, it's not a bad time to tell me that as I had been thinking of ttrying
Linux on the laptop anyway. A fellow ham friend of mine is a big Linux user
and had mentioned Debian to me before so I might just give him a call
tonight or this weekend. . .
