A bit confusing isn't it?

Here are the types of files 'm using.  Don't organize it the way I
did 'cuz it wouldn't make sense now.  I'm planning to redo that.  I
left the pathnames so that you could see what each type of file
equated to:

./400_vector_lakes/shapefiles/esri/WA/h2o/lakes/tgr53013wat.shp
./200_vector_filled/shapefiles/esri/WA/county/tgr53077cty00.shp
./200_vector_filled/shapefiles/esri/WA/designated_places/tgr53075plc00.shp
./500_vector_rivers/shapefiles/esri/WA/h2o/rivers/tgr53041lkH.shp
./700_vector_roads/shapefiles/esri/WA/roads/tgr53041lkA.shp
./600_vector_rail_misc/shapefiles/esri/WA/rail/tgr53041lkB.shp
