I want to go back thru the README.1ST file, too.  I was pretty tired 
last night, but it looked like some of the changes were possibly needing 
revision.

I'll send a revised version in after I go back thru it.

I'll go looking for fonts.

I'll watch for the futex error.  Right now, I can't assess if the 
program dies on its own today or had some 12-yr-old help while I was gone...
