[Xastir] Can't find ImageMagick lib

It's a bug in the configure script.  Install bzip2-devel RPM.  I just 
found this myself.
Look in the log and you'll see -lbz2 not found error.  (Or possibly a 
similar error due to some other prereq devel package that's missing).
