Is there an update to cygwin's x server I don't know about or are you just
now noticing that Xasitr can be minimized? I'm confused. I haven't been
running cygwin/xastir very long (a couple of weeks maybe?) but I've always
been able to do what it sounds like you're talking about here.
I have a shortcut on my desktop that goes straight to a modified
"startxwin.bat" that loads Xastir directly without further input and is
loaded into a full screen window labeled "Cygwin/XFree86 rl". and this
window can be minimized.
The only thing I don't like about the cygwin xwindow interface is the
unusefull generic winows title bar. If there is a way to regain that space
I'd like to hear about it.
