Nope.  You've been able to minimize, but you haven't been able to run
Xastir like what I'm talking about.  Do a "cvs update" and then follow
the NEW instructions for setting up Xwindows to run Xastir, and you'll
see what I'm talking about.  You'll probably have to do another Cygwin
network update in order to do it.  Make sure that you keep Perl 5.6
instead of the automatic upgrade to 5.8 while you're doing it.

That's what's different.  No full-screen window.  Xastir runs on
the Windows screen now instead of inside the Xwindows screen.
