Ok I ran cygwin's setup and noticed the updated files.  I have everything 
updated now and see what you're talking about now....  Very slick.

BTW I also noticed a previous goof on my part that I had perl 5.8 installed 
before.  I haven't noticed any problems so why is 5.6 the one I'm supposed 
to have?
