[Xastir] Failure after ImageMagick updating

Sorry.  Hope I didn't lead you into installing 5.3.1 'cuz you
thought I had it working.  Didn't mean that to happen.  I'm running
5.3.1 'cuz I don't use the slider function on Tigermaps much anyway,
and I haven't heard reports that anything newer fixes it.  The main
thing I wanted to say was that I was ignoring the "configure"
warning about an old version of ImageMagick.  I was the one that
wrote those warning strings as well... ;-)

I had heard reports at the time that newer versions of ImageMagick
had fixed that problem.  Evidently they did not 'cuz everyone seems
to be reporting similar problems since that time.
