[Xastir] Mac OSX 10.2.6 Libraries

Having just done this on my system (but not a OSX system)

libgeotiff 1.2.x or greater REQUIRES libtiff 3.6.0 BETA
libgeotiff 1.1.5 and lower uses libtiff 3.5.7 or lower, but I couldn't
get 1.1.5 to compile on Solaris, for some reason or another.
