[Xastir] NWS Radar on Xastir Config..

OK I have extracted the geo files and put them in a folder under
/home/xastir/geo. I have read the readme.maps but it does not tell me
much more than adding a line to the geo file if it does not use a URL.
My local sites use a URL so what else do I need to do to make this work
?
