[Xastir] problems after upgrade mdk9.1 to 9.2

So, that means the snapshot wasn't done correctly!  I've used the
same Perl script to do the development releases for quite a while.
If I can figure out what it's lacking I'll tweak it so that future
snapshots won't have this problem.
