Yes its in there.  Select a starting point, and ending point and select
the AREA ICON which can draw a CIRCLE, A RECTANGLE, a TRIANGLE or A LINE.
In addition, it can draw two dotted lines eitehr side of the line to make
it into a width thingy...

Though, of course, some clients never implemented this because some
authors didnt think it was important for their users..
