[Xastir] World shapefile map

Doesn't need reprojection.

Try "touch filename" and then "Index: Add New Maps" or try "Index:
Reindex All Maps".

More than likely the timestamp on your new file is older than the
timestamp on your map index file, so Xastir thinks it is an old map.
