[Xastir] "relay digipeat" option?

Actually, I should have rephrased what I wrote:  Mine keeps running
until:

1) I get a power outage, or
2) I need to upgrade Linux on the box, or
3) When I decide that the new features are worth restarting my
long-running instance of Xastir.

Most often it's #2.  That's why my runtime is short again here.  :-)
