No no. As in a 'commercial' partnership.

The USGS actually tells you to go buy the files from someone else...of
course you CAN "buy" them from the USGS but they've now priced them so
high you are better off buying from someone else.

It just torks me that several months ago it was free and now I have to pay
$75 a pop)
