[Xastir] still having compile problems

Thanks Curt.  Things were, I felt, sufficiently messed up that I did a
reinstall of the linux box and will now go through the process again .....

I should have read your messages more closely...

If you recompiled and reinstalled lesstif from sources, you more
than likely are not using it, or rather, you might be using the
header files from it, but using the installed lesstif when you get
to dynamic link time (when trying to run Xastir).  That's where your
mismatch is coming from.

Make absolutely sure that all traces of the old library are removed
from your system.  I can't check where they are on my system because
I'm running OpenMotif instead of Lesstif.

Look in the /usr/X11R6 heirarchy though.

Openmotif is in:

    /usr/X11R6/lib/libXm.a
    /usr/X11R6/lib/libXm.so
    /usr/X11R6/lib/libXm.so.2
    /usr/X11R6/lib/libXm.so.2.1

on my system.  I suspect Lesstif might use the same types of
filenames.
