I'll be putting another development snapshot onto SourceForge
on/about the 15th.  I can do it sooner if people want to play with
the UTM grid stuff.  Each development snapshot takes less than five
minutes.  In fact, I might be able to do it in two.  Perl scripts do
all the work.
