[Xastir] Can't find Tigermap

As far as I know I have ImageMagic compiled in. I saved the ImageMagick test 
you used the other day:

 Magick-config --libs        

gives me 

-lMagick -llcms -lfreetype -lXext -lSM -lICE -lX11 -lbz2 -lz -lpthread 
-lm-ldpstk -ldps -lXext -lXt -lSM -lIC
