[Xastir] Can't run under Cygwin now

That's what I meant in the last message.  I updated to the newest code and 
recompiled.

It has the correct permissions as it always has but.... I noticed what the 
problem is.  The xastir.exe file has zero length.  I guess something went 
wrong when it compiled and I missed it.  I'm going to try one more time 
then I'm going to try starting from scratch.

Strange.  I haven't had any problems using Lesstif with xastir until 
now.  Does OpenMotif work with Cygwin?
