[Xastir] Different/darker color lines for shapefiles?

configure --with-dbfawk and see README.MAPS for how you can make a 
custom .dbfawk file for shapefile maps.  This code is beta and is not 
enabled by default when you build xastir.  This feature is only in the 
CVS snapshots.
