[Xastir] Findu not decoding WX packet?

I'll take back my statement that things looked okay in aprsdec. aprsdec  
doesn't mention WX in the APRS Data Type in either of these examples.   
Which follows what Findu is reporting. It reads the position correctly  
but ignores the wx report.
