[Xastir] Festival Problem...???

I am running  XASTIR version 1.2.0, and when I first started it up, 
finished the configuration, then saved everything, I shut down xastir...

Then I started Festival first,  then xastir,  at that time it would 
speak each call as they came in, this is when I first installed it...

Now I can no-longer hear any speak, might anyone have an idea of what 
might be causing it not to work...???
