[Xastir] Corrupt packets?

Are you using Cygwin to run Xastir on windows? Take a look at the callsigns; 
are they missing always the 2nd letter? Does that second letter show up at 
the end of their status line (right-click, view station info)?

I saw both of the above when I was running Xastir via Cygwin on win2k at the 
office a while back. Restarting Xastir or just the interface appeared to fix 
the problem.
