[Xastir] Corrupt packets?

I connected via Afilter so I could see what was being sent to Xastir and 
all of the packets coming from "second.aprs.net" are being received by 
afilter just fine but when Xastir receives the packet there are characters 
missing.

Running CVS version of xastir but is a few weeks old.... might have better 
luck in the morning after I update it all.
