[Xastir] vplay

Looking for 'vplay' for RH Linux (and for Cygwin if
it exists).  Visited rpmfind.net but a search there
tells me 'no package found of name vplay.'  Any hints
on where to get vplay?

When i do 'which vplay' i'm told i don't have it.
