[Xastir] maps

There was a degree of tongue-in-cheek there.  X-aprs is occasionally 
available at the Rutgers site where WinAPRS and MacAPRS reside.  It's 
seriously alpha.  It's been several years since I subjected myself to 
it, and it spent most of its time core-dumping my machine.
