I can't remember the exact command line I used but it's done using
"cygrunsrv" Type
"cygrunsrv -h" for help. You could probably use cygrunsrv to load Xwin as
a service also but I haven't bothered with that yet.
I also run "cron" for various tasks thanks to cygrunsrv.
