[Xastir] FreeBSD 4.8 Build Problem

Having had to recently rebuild my machine, I'm now having problems 
trying to build from CVS.
I'm using automake 1.7.5 and autoconfig 2.57 from the FreeBSD ports.

When I run bootstrap.sh I get:

Any ideas what isn't correct?
