[Xastir] USrad.geo and transparent background

No doubt I'm just confused, but I cannot figure out how to make the 
background transparent on the radar image. I just end up with a white 
screen today instead of the underlying map.

Does this work with only some types of maps? Currently I have a map at 
level 1 and the radar at level 2.
