[Xastir] Xastir on iBook

[Bruce, KQ4TV]

I had to remove the -Wl,--no-keep-memory from the Makefile in the  
xastir directory and the xastir/src directories but that now causes a  
new error:

ld: Undefined sysmbols:
_nl_langinfo
