[Xastir] Filter Parameter for Internet Server

Well I went back in and RTFM'd the INSTALL line by line.
Added a bunch of libs, made sure that xastir could find them etc.

I was trying a "./configure; make install" approach and that naturally did not work.
It is running now but the loading of map.geo is taking forever,
I'm guessing xastir does not cache maps?

Now back to the filtering...  I'm connecting to montreal.aprs.net on port 10151
