VE3ADJ and VE2AW made nice maps for these area's. On my web site 
<http://www.homepages.hetnet.nl/~pe1dnn> you can download the pocketAPRS 
versions of those maps (you know you can load these in Xastir too, do you?).

I don't know the sites where I got the original WinAPRS versions from, but 
Google is your friend...
