[Xastir] Different .shp file formats?

You only have the .shp file there.  You also need the .dbf and the
.idx file to create a complete ESRI shapefile map.  As Derrick said,
the .prj file can be useful as well (later Shapefile support in
Xastir will probably use it if available).
