[Xastir] .geo file georcodinates

I'm not sure what the format for lat and lon should be for my .geo file for a xpm file.

Here's what I'm trying to use but it will not display.
I purposely left off the minutes to see if that would work, but would like them back in.

Can someone send me an example of a working .geo file.
