[Xastir] Nautical Charts

can read these with our GDAL support yet.

FYI, I also found this site:

www.marineplanner.com

which sells seemingly the same BSB charts as MapTech (non-encrypted) for
about $9.00 each. These were successfully read by GDAL.

Or perhaps they came to the 'realization' that the patent they bought was
for
creating files in a specific format not on reading files in that format :-)
