I only have one machine running 9.1 so far, and it's my kids game
machine, so I can't say for sure that this will fix it, but here on
my 9.0 machine I have these installed:
> rpm -q -a | grep lcms
liblcms-devel-1.10-37
liblcms-1.10-37
So you might look for the devel package for it and install that.

We can use curl or wget to snag the online map files. Either will
work.
Look at the INSTALL file for where to snag the extra map libraries.

ImageMagick has been problematic for us for a number of reasons. At
times people have had to install ImageMagick from sources (removing
the RPM packages first) in order to get things working. At other
times just installing a different RPM (older or newer) has solved
things. That project has a few problems, so you kind of roll with
the punches with them.

Add liblcms-devel. Also check out the INSTALL, FAQ, and README.MAPS
files.
