[Xastir] Excessive system resoures

Yes, I did have the server port enabled. I disabled but no change.

I did do an update of Cygwin, perhaps too hastily as I believe the image of
the bash screen shows: http://kk6rw.us/xastirerr.png , it seems ImagiMagick
6.0.3 is a problem. I cannot get any map images using ImageMagick to
display. No online Tigermaps nor static images. I have tried using Cygwin
setup to roll back but I've been unsuccessful. I cannot get setup to display
a previous version to rollback. I see the excessive CPU usage while Xastir
is trying to load the images. Once Xastir has tried to load the map, the map
is not displayed yet the excessive CPU usage is still occurring.

In addition, the update of Cygwin installed Perl version 5.8.2 and again, I
am unable to rollback from Cygwin setup.

I have been unable to generate the  ps -auxww | grep xastir >ps.log command.
It returns an error "user xww unknown" as shown in the xastirerr.png image.
