[Xastir] Excessive system resoures

Did you enable the Server Port in the Interface menu?  Try disabling
that, then stopping/starting Xastir again.  See if the excessive CPU
usage goes away.  That's one thing that was added recently.

I don't think much was changed in terms of timing lately.  We've had
trouble in the past at times when certain major loop timing
parameters were changed.

Did you update Cygwin recently also, or just Xastir?
