[Xastir] OpenMoti where is it...???

So far for xastir version 1.3.3, I have all of the files except these below...

Geotiff - Gdal/OGR - dbfawk, & shapelib
Now shapelib,  I installed shapelib_1.2.10-1_i386.deb, but after I do ./configure it tells me NO! wonder why that is...???

I also from the Debian archives, downloaded libgdal1 and it to does not show up as being compiled in after doing the configuring...

Are there any Debian users, that can give me the correct sites to get these files, and there names, as they are listed for Debian system
that I am missing...???

Any help would be appreciated...
