This was added originally so that we'd have a high-visibility track
for the one that is most important, the owner of the Xastir process.
Useful for keeping track of your mobile's travels from your home
station. Originally I had it a high visibility yellow, but Rolf
wanted it to be that blue color.
Other than your own station, the other station colors are picked in
a round-robin fashion from the rest of the available colors, 31 of
them I think, at the point the station is deemed to be mobile.
Changing that #define causes all of them to be picked in the same
manner, making no differentiation about your own call.
