By far and away the easiest way to update/get the FCC database for
xastir is to just run the fcc-get script. Find it in: ~/xastir/scripts -
~ I know the CVS source has it, I believe the tarballs do too(?)

Much easier to let the script do everything - no need to even bother
with downloading the ZIP file first.

NOTE: fcc-get will also download and setup the Canadian callsign files
as well.

Depending on write permissions on your system (specificly
/usr/share/local/xastir/fcc - you may want/need to run fcc-get as root
(sudo it!).
