[Xastir] Cygwin and dbfawk

Try doing this:


./configure --without-ax25 --without-festival --without-gpsman --without-shapelib --without-imagemagick --without-libproj --without-geotiff --without-gdal --without-pcre --without-dbfawk --without-errorpopups


And then "make".

That should strip Xastir down to the basic core.  See if you have
enough memory to complete the link stage with that configuration.
If you do, you can repeat, taking out a few of the "--without-xx"
statements at a time to see what you can get to compile with your
memory setup.
