[Xastir] Cygwin and dbfawk

Just tried the "./update-xastir" command on a win2k box with
390-something megs of RAM.  Went right through without a hitch.

That was the same box that after upgrading from NT4 to Win2k, it
couldn't compile Xastir with 128MB of RAM.  It used to get held up
at the link stage, right at the end of the compile.

The OS plus all the virus scanning software just took too much
memory and left nothing for anything else.
