[Xastir] Online Server Problem/Question

I have never been able to load USRadar.geo on Redhat system, 3 versions.
However, it works on CgyWin, which actually amaxed me.
On Pure Linux machines
it creats a Very Large 100+ meg or more /tmp file and never finishes processing
until the system crashes with disk full.
