Something changed in xastir recently.

I've two installs (FC1 and an FC2, home and work) and in the past week or
so, both have started scrolling in the terminal window:

shell-init: could not get current directory: getcwd: cannot access parent
directories: No such file or directory

Over and over again - beyond the buffer limit for my terminal (1k lines).

Only thing I've done different is run configure with the --with-rtree to
enable that.

Ideas and/or suggestions?
