[Xastir] Jerky Serial IO

Curt:

Running DSL to 2 filtered feeds.
The Serial TNCS are
	1 on 144.39 for normal APRS
	1 on 145.79 for the Motorola Marathon

Last year, I actually ran 3 TNCs since we use a 2nd discrete channel for the race leader.

I checked interrupts etc.  Now for the 'good?' news.  I CVS'ed and re-compiled to 1.3.1.  I noticed during the compile things were extremely slow so I rebooted after the build.  All is well now.....I suspect I had a memory leak in something somewhere....gremlins.

Thanks for your interest.  I'll post how 3 tnc's work out.
