[Xastir] TNC setup and maps

the ax.25 should be up to date, but it donged on me, i haven't gotten
access to the tnc, i don't know how to get on the tnc to issue commands.
Thanks for the help, it will be needed. running kernel 2.6.0 stable and
gentoo linux here.
